Cracked Pepper Cottage Cheese and Jam Filo Cups

Looking for the perfect, bite-size appetizer? Creamy cottage cheese and fig jam make this recipe irresistible, and the best part is you don’t have to feel guilty about eating more than one (or five).

Ingredients 

  • Frozen filo pastry cups
  • Hood Cottage Cheese with Cracked Pepper
  • Fig jam
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
 

 

Instructions:

  1. Remove filo pastry cups from the freezer and let them thaw for about 15 minutes.
  2. Once thawed, fill each cup with a spoonful of Hood Cottage Cheese with Cracked Pepper.
  3. Top with a small dollop of fig jam (or jam of your choice), and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
